You may request cancellation before your order enters processing or dispatch. Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

Pre-order cancellation is subject to the terms shown when the pre-order is placed. Because pre-order products may require sourcing or advance arrangements, cancellation conditions may differ from ready-stock orders.

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible and provide your Order ID. We will check the current order status and let you know whether cancellation is still possible.
