How Pre-Order Works
The product page will identify the item as a pre-order.
The estimated delivery timeline will be provided before or during order confirmation.
A booking amount may be required to confirm the order.
The remaining payment, where applicable, will follow the terms communicated for that order.
The order will be delivered after the product becomes available and completes the required processing.
Pre-Order Booking Amount
For eligible pre-orders, SpiffyBD may collect an amount equivalent to the applicable delivery charge to confirm the order. The applicable amount and order terms will be communicated before confirmation.
Pre-order delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Sourcing, transportation, supplier availability or other external circumstances may affect the timeline.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, SpiffyBD will contact the customer and provide the applicable resolution according to the order terms.
