Add the actual return window [X days] before publishing. Do not leave placeholders live.
Add category-specific return/exchange rules to product pages where necessary.
Pre-order products should display a clear ‘Pre-Order’ label, estimated delivery timeline and applicable booking/payment terms before checkout.
B2B products/orders may be handled separately from the normal retail checkout until the B2B module is fully implemented.
The 70% + 30% B2B payment rule should be shown only where it actually applies.
Do not describe personal mobile financial accounts as business bank accounts. Display only the currently supported payment method and the correct account/payment instructions.
For SEO/GEO, implement Organization, WebSite, Product, Offer and Breadcrumb structured data where applicable. Use FAQ structured data only where the page meets Google’s current eligibility requirements.
Keep business name, contact information, policy wording and product information consistent across the website.
Make policy pages easy to read on mobile. Use short paragraphs, headings and bullet points rather than long blocks of text.
Add a visible link to Return, Refund & Exchange and Pre-Order terms from relevant product pages and checkout where applicable.
Do not promise guaranteed delivery dates unless the business can actually guarantee them.
Any legal requirement that applies under Bangladesh law should be reviewed before final publication by the business’s legal adviser.
